Man I feel like a freakin' idiot, I have no Idea what the Bubble is, can someone help me out!

A bubble refers to a bubble envelope. Usually size 000 is what is sent self addressed with 2 stamps affixed for postage. Usually put inside a non bubble envelope addressed to the grower offering seeds.

Basically you are giving the grower who is giving you free seeds the envelope, postage, and address so he doesn't incur any costs with giving away free seeds.....you are sending him the bubblepack protective envelope with the postage to get his free seeds.
