TheWiz had a great time at Niagara....It was nice to put faces to the names of all the great growers out there...friends that help us grow big. Meeting Ronnie & Paps, Dave Stelts, Jim B, Todd Kline, Eddy, Mr Sperry, Joe Jutras, Joe Pukos, WOW all the heavy hitters and growers.........It was a great time, Thanks Folks!
It was a very informative, an educational experience and the amount of shared information was phenomenal. The ceremonies for the GPC winners, Hall of Fame... Seeds, raffles, seed poker with Mr Bobier himself was a blast....Whoa....look that was.... was that Al Eaton? .........I’m definetly returning for next year. I would suggest that growers save their money for next years convention; You can’t go wrong....The info learned will help you grow....

I have to admit before I met you, I heard all the talk about how pumpkin fanatical you might be. My first thought when seeing you with the wizard hat was man he's got it bad. But after talking with you for awhile I realized that you are pretty much normal for a guy named Wiz.

Normal means a little bit more abnormal than most of us which is pretty much more or less normal for our group. I would call a guy holding beer and talkin about pumpkins a normal guy. I mean doesn't everbody discuss pumpkin stuff. Weird part is for the non gardener we are all a bit off the side of the boat at times with this hobby. It was nice to get back down to the grass roots of the hobby and support all of the growers at Niagara Falls. The Wiz is gonna be a fine grower.

77 In Colorado yesterday, the Wiz is ready to grow this year....Thank You all for the nice comments.........It was great to be surrounded by fellow pumpkaholics just as crazy as me......I really did want an Orange Wiz robe, but I have to earn it first.......Its going to be a great year, I can feel it........
