The Advanced Seminar will be held Saturday, March 17, from 1-5 pm at the Millcreek Metro Parks - McMahon Hall, one mile south of Canfield, OH on Rte 46 across from the Canfield fairgrounds. The seminar will feature World Record Holder, Ron Wallace. Topic: "Growing the World's First 3/4 ton Pumpkin". There will also be a panel discussion from our own 1300-1500# Growers. There will be a $5.00/family charge to help defray travel expenses.
We will also have a seed auction, and the seeds from our seed sale will be there available for purchase.

Yes, I will be there, I hope!....but I will be at O'Donalds Pub (Austintown Plaza) starting at 6 AM for green eggs and ham (and green beer)so I hope I will be ABLE to get there at 1:00 Will we be having GREEN BEER !!! also?? GREEN BEER helps watermelons grow big (my little secret, don't tell anyone)

Having recently heard Ron Wallace speak at Niagara all I can say is don't miss this one!! I hope he brings the CD's of his presentation? I wanted to buy one this past weekend and got sidetracked.

Mikkal, all O.V.G.P.G. events and seminars are open to every one who wishes to attend. We are only asking for $5 per family to help defray travel expenses. We are expecting 150 plus so fill up the car and be early to get the best seats.
