On Friday, 2/16/07 I was watching "Taste of America" on the Travel Channel and they had a segment about giant pumpkins. I believe it was from Circleville, Ohio. I do not know what year. I believe and the largest was 1300+ pounds Is the grower that raised it from this site? This is so cool to see this promoted even in short segments but at least we are being promoted. Congrats to whoever this gentleman was and whatever year it was.

They were their the year Bob Liggett grew his 1353.5 in 2004.

I saw it as well. It was the 1353.5 and I'm guessing that was Mr. Ligget whom they talked to, as the pumpkin was being weighed. They were running a segment on the whole Circleville Pumkin festival.
