I have heard that Don Langevin's books were a must for a new grower, I plan on buying one or more of them. I know that I would benefit the most from reading all three, however as a struggling college student money is tight. So what I would like to know is in yall's expert opinions which would be the most valuable for me to read. If the consensus is that I cant make it with out all three then that is what I want to hear.
Thanks Justin

I think book 3 would be the best one of don's books. but you can do without them if you want, it is all on this websight!

Book II is by far the most useful if your a new grower trying to figure out what to do. Book III is fun but does not have the basics you will need to get under your belt when you begin.

I agree with Bill. Start with Book #2 if buying them all at once isn't reasonable. Book 3 has some pretty heady stuff in it.

From one struggling college student to another.... get Book 2. Then... if you want the other 2, wait till b-day or x-mas.

I would get book 2 also. I have bought 3 or 4 and gave them to friends starting in this.

Book 2 is the best (I wrote part of book 3, you don't want it)

I am a new grower and book 2 has been the best, book 3 is more advanced. You need to learn the basics. I read book 3 first and then read book 2. After reading book 2 I read book 3 again and it made more sense.

Thanks guys, I guess I'll either start out with book #2. Or I might just buy all three and not buy the Dynamics book for class... who needs physics anyway?

Thanks for all the replies, I ordered the 2 book combo (books 1 and 2) this morning. I ordered them from Don's site and got them both for 30 bucks not bad at all.
Justin
