Hello Everyone!
On Wednesday January 17th I will be in my office from 7pm-9pm for anyone wishing to register for the convention. The number is 1-800-387-3456. You can register through the day Monday to Friday, but on the 17th you can also do it between 7pm and 9pm.
The Convention is March 10-11 in Niagara Falls. There will be a hospitality gathering on the 9th.
Take care!
Lisa

Appears to rent a car in order to get to the convention from Buffalo AP will run me about $146.00 for the 4 days. I hear that the Airport is fairly close, does a taxi or bus cost that much? Additionally I am not familiar with taking the rental out of the country rules either. Help Here?

there's lots of us going across the border, and the airport isn't too far away. just post when you'll be arriving and you might be able to hitch an easy ride with one of us.

The way I understand it is you need a passport if you are flying in or out of Canada. To cross at the border, you'll only need a copy of your birth certificate and a photo I.D. This will probably change next year!

I looked up some info for CWPG last week, here it is:
January 23rd, 2007 you need a passport for air travel to and from the US.
As of January 1st, 2008 you need a passport to go to and from the US via land or sea, I.E. driving accross the border. > > Right now...it's basically the same as it has been. They recommend having an ID like a driver's license, ID card, or expired passport, AND having a birth certificate... not the cutesy one with your footprints, the official one from the courthouse with the raised seal and signature. However, the info notes that having a passport is still the best documentation you can have, and shows you are a US citizen without a doubt. > Passports take 6-8 weeks to process - get the form from the courthouse. Mine was 97 bucks total when I got it, but it lasts for 10 years.
