The final decisions were to be made by the GPC steering members on the cruise. The members unable to attend the cruise have already voted via email.
I do not know if the final outcome will be immediately available, or if the plan is to wait until the seminar at the falls for the presentation of the award.
I have not yet heard from Dave (or anyone on the ship), so my guess is that they do not have the internet access which they anticipated.

I have been on a few cruises, and all have had internet access, so I am pretty sure that is not the problem

Bermuda Traingle?
Pirates?.............. Arrrrgh!!!
Rum?
The last I heard the "boys" were plotting to shave Dave's unibrow,,,now that could lead to a communication breakdown.

Thanks Andy, yes we did vote. We had four meetings over the course of the cruise. A great time was had by all. I would expect Dave Stelts to release the results fairly shortly as we get back into the swing of things over this coming week.
