Third Colorado Snow Storm Hit Friday, That makes three Fridays in a row, this time left 10" in my driveway....
So far the snow totals at the Wiz patch have been:
7", 3", 9" 30", 22" 10" = 81" to date.
Average snow fall for a normal year is 61". My patch is close to the foothills and we usually get more snow than @ the Airport. Our snowy months are March and April. More snow is scheduled for this coming Friday, Oh Boy!

My flowering Quince is....flowering!
This is weird. NYC sets a new high of 70° & Gary gets 81" of snow.
2007 might be a very interesting year for pumpkins & everything else that grows.

January 7th, and no snow here! We usually have a few feet already down, it is quite scary to think how warm it has been.

I oil sprayed my budding fruit trees. Those buds are almost sure to freeze. Maybe should have just saved that ten bucks. My best thoughts are that I don't have to shovel the rain and it brings all the goodness attributed to snow.

Dan, I have a brother who lives in Boulder, and the snow did fall. He claims that low humidity, and winds cause desication (sp?)...of the snowfall. Means it goes away fairly quickly. He sent a series of pics of his deck during the 30" snowfall, so I know they got it. Peace, Wayne
