On a positive note we just got home from a day at the beach & yes, we were wearing shorts. The son & dog both went wading. Very strange.

Was mid 60's here in southern Maine (USA) HAD to take the motorcycle out for a ride ... January 7th riding with a tee shirt . Can't take away what we got . We do need snow here because it's the poor mans fertilizer. Thats my type.

My high today was 37 degrees and the low last night was -3 degrees and right now at 9:30 pm it is 26 degrees and falling. we still have an average of a foot of snow with three foot drifts in places. Colorado is in an ice age, as my street has not thawed out in almost a month now and is snowpacked...More snow is forcast for later in the week also

Going to my daughter's basketball game at UML in Ma. yesterday we saw 73 degrees. Got home last night and had an email from my sister in Fairbanks saying it was -27 degrees up there. That is like 100 degrees differance.

Here in Mid Maine reached 69 degrees saturday.Global warming and El nino has a big role in this unusaul temps!Watch Al Gores "An inconvenient truth" documentary on global warming!Very interesting film!!
