According to my records the following people have said they would grow my 763.6 Reiss X 978.6 Berard. If anyone else has my seed from any year and grows it they may may be included in this small contest. Rocoo Valvano, Liz Manetta, Brenda Cochran, Denise Artly,James Robinett, Mark McWilliam, Glenna Rea, Garry Boer,Wayne Peace,Charles Williams, Eric Petman and anyone I may have missed for any reason. If you have and grow you are included presently as unknown along with my half dozen local growers who may grow with me this summer. ....The prize will be a gallon of Micro-Minerals, to the person, who adds 36.4 pounds or more, to break 800, will be the winner growing any Docgipe seed. If you happen, to have a good supply, of Micro-Minerals, we can work something out, to your support your needs of equal value. This is my contest and I will be in the grow with you. The winner must have a weigh off certified weight and the fruit must be good, in keeping with weigh off rules. No wimps and cripples please! :) If you grow any earlier seed you need to tell me so I know who is in the race with what. ....OK that's about it so get out there and whoop up, on me with my seed. Hope this makes a little more fun, for all who grow one, of my seeds.

My plans include the 763 and giving strong thoughts to the 400 Gipe as well. The 400 grew well for me.

Doc, thanks for the incentive. Your seed is at the top of our must grow list, and I already have plans to cross it with one of my good, bright orange seeds. We are cutting down the size of our patch and I won't be taking off 2 weeks for other activities like I did last summer. It will definitely get much more TLC. Mark McWilliams

So that all is fair and square I have to tell you all that a good ole Southern boy has told me he plans, to use the used corn, that comes from the end, of the one way foot trails up, in the hills. 'ya all better research what he's up to. Sounds good to me. Talk about a fattening agent. Wow!
