With the plunging prices of digital cameras, you may want to consider adding one of these handy items to your holiday wish list. Aside from a BigPumpkins.com sweetshirt, I can think of no gift that I would like more <g>.
Keep in mind that you don't need a $1,000 camera with every bell and wistle to upload pictures to a web site. Our standard image resolution is 480 x 360, so any camera capable of 640 x 480 resolution will do nicely. I have noticed that some of these no frills cameras can be had for as little as $100 lately.
In case you are curious, most of the images on this site come from my camera, it is a Kodak DC210. I don't believe they make those now, but the new model that is more-or-less equivalent is the DC215. This camera retails for $275 at www.buy.com:

If anyone one needs any more onfo on this subject I would also be glad to help as I am in the photographic business. There are plenty of options for great digital cameras at every price point.
