I have posted a email to the state Agricultural Dept for assitance and requesting website linkage and introducing them to ColoradoPumpkins.com.....however now Im wondering if I opened a can of worms. We are going to give out free pumpkin seeds, not charge for them. I also want to provide how to and pertinent growing information and thought, who else better then them...... Is there any problem with seed giveaways or such? I dont need a fine and imprisonment but was wondering gee....way to go Wiz.......Please Advise
