I have some plants that the main is about 2 foot long. Can I spread some ironite on the patch now? Doug Jn. 3:16

Yepper. The label recommended application rates are fine on actively growing plants. It's a pain in the pratt applying granular product to the vining patch. Just try to not get it in flowers or on top of leaves.

There's also liquid Ironite available.
