I have found it impossible to find any companies here in the UK that sells Fish Emulsion. Is it possible to make ones own Fish Emulsion ? If so where can the information on how to make it be found.

How far away do you have to be from civilization when you make it to avoid arrest for disturbing the peace? I know it doesn't smell that bad when it's done. But, I'll bet it's pretty stinky in the process.
