Subject:  problems with "pumpkinsupply.com"?

I recently ordered from pumpkinsupply.com. So far i have received no notification of receipt of order, shipping etc.....i have e-mailed with no response. I have called and the numbers are disconnected. Anyone with info/help would be appreciated.

I just received Talstar One from pumpkin supply about 2 weeks ago. I think they are up and running just fine. I did not get an email confirmation either. Maybe that is something matt and company can work on. I received my product in a good timely fashion, and I am sure you will too. John

I also just received an order from pumpkinsupply.com this week. I didn't receive a notice confirming my order either but it still got here quick so that didn't bother me too much.

Dave. My apologies, it shipped Wednesday. The phone number we used to post was the phone number was from a consulting business I don't have anymore and we recently got rid of the phone number because it is never used.

Ditto here, web orders should be accompanied by an email confirmation. Ditto again, my emails were never answered.

Never even thought about calling because of the above.....

I will say that shipping time was above average and the products good.

Given all the problems that exist with ID & Internet theft, a bit more communication from this one would certainly reap benefits.

OK we need some history lessons here on why PumpkinSupply.Com was formed. It was for growers by a grower. Matt is not out to make a killing, or doing this for a living. He has spend an awful lot of time to get this thing off the ground. Promoted it a lot. I understand your wanting for a confirmation. Confirmations take time. I commend Matt for the Job he has done. I will not sit by and watch people complain. Shannon

Now that i understand, i am satisfied and will do business with Matt in the future. Some companies have the time to send shippment resposnes. Others are too small. No biggie.

Call it complaining if you will but in some opinions, these replys just might be welcomed by a business owner. One of the worst things that can happen to a business owner is to have complaints and never know about them. If Matt desires to be the most successful supplier of pumpkin goods in the world, he will welcome and encourage any criticism.

I offered my previous comments as suggestions for improved customer service, not complaints. I apologize for the misunderstanding. I know what I was thinking but often times I can't put it in writing where everyone will understand what I was trying to get across.

I have always had great luck with pumpkinsupply.com. Sometimes I e-mail them and ask questions about there products.It might take 3-4 days or a week to get a answer. I have bought stuff from this site for the last few years and with the great products they sell, I'll be coming back again and again....
