OK in the United States we eat a heck of a lot of Chicken. Mainly the breasts. Some genious came up with the advertising to call the excess wings "buffalo wings". You can get them in a variety of sauces...from BBQ to burn the 1st 3 layers off your tongue.

Thanks Nub!
We'll see what time we arrive. The goal is 1-3PM, so this could work out.
I'm going to email my cell number around again. Folks wishing to have contact should hit *reply all* with their cell numbers.

For all
The Anchor Bar in Buffalo NY was the orignator of the "Buffalo wing" -- The history goes.....an Italian family who owns the Anchor bar had some friends over one night and the only thing left in the restaurant were some chicken wings, so the mother of the family fried them up, tossed them with butter and Franks Red Hot (a brand name hot sauce)hot sauce and served them up with bleu cheese salad dressing. They serve them on pizza platters by the 50! And man do they go down easy with some beer!!

Oh yeah...The best Buffalo Wings will remove baked on paint. They also help grease the taps in the bars that serve them so the cooks effort help fuel the bar receipts. Spicy hot chicken wings is all they are. Good though.
