The GVGO's 1st Annual Patch tour was a great success. We visited 5 patches and seen some impressive pumpkins. I want to thank the growers for allowing us into their gardens and showing us their set-up. It was a very educational day. It was really nice to put a face to all the names. There will be some big pumpkins come weigh off day. We'll have pictures posted on our website (www.gvgo.ca) in a couple days.

I was blown away by the hospitality of the host growers. Thanks for letting us into your patches. Kudos also to Russ for organizing this thing. I hope you at least did well in Ottawa with the baseball. You were missed! We'll be there next year for the next zone tour for sure.

Thanks guys...Ottawa wasn't too kind to the Barrie Storm.

I have had some great Patch Tour feed back. The pictures are great too. Lets keep the winner in Ontario this year guys!
