fellow pumpkin heads

once shes reaches the peak of her growth curve its time to give her a good kick in the pants
dont wait until shes on the way down

the trick is to keep her going as long as possible when shes at her maximum daily growth

not everyone will subscribe to these methods however, in my opinion a mild application of 5-10-40 or 5-0-44 with each watering at this stage of the game is just what the doctor ordered

(we delute three 10 oz cups 5-0-44 along with a couple 10 oz cups of soluable kelp into a 5 gallon bucket
fill the bucket with water, mix good, then either feed it through an injector mixing it with water again before application or put the solution in a miracle grow feeder bottle and let it get deluted as you drench underneath the plant

once you get past that first week in september ( for the late june early july pollinations ) its time to let up on the drenches and ease her into port

how much of this would you add to the Miracle grower feeder then Dick? Once you fill the 5 gallon bucket up with the mix, then you use whats in the 5 gallon bucket to fill the miracle grow feeder bottle up to the top? How long will the extra mix last before it goes bad?

"DONT BE AFRAID TO STEP ON HER A BIT"
... so are you suggesting that we step on the vines to increase "the juice" flow ? ...
... someone else has already touched on this topic ... but this is a new twist on it ... :)
