I am writing from John's place and my other pumpkin friends and I are looking forward to meeting you! He said you would be very nice to us and maybe even talk with us a little. It gets very lonely out in the patch sometimes and we all really enjoy visitors! We all discussed it this morning, and have agreed to grow substantially before your visit. I must go now because John has agreed to let us get a little drunk on Miracle Grow today and I don't want to miss my first drink!

Dear pumpkins,
Could you please talk to my pumpkins.;Lulu,Baird, Al and Joe. Could you please ask them to stop splitting their blossom ends. They've already lost two close friend,Tubby,and Stanley to the same terrible disease. I thought maybe if you talked to them for me they would know how special they are to me and take it easy.
Take it easy with the drinking,nobody likes a drunk pumpkin

Dear Pumpkin Friends,

I am little and could use some advice from my older cousins so that next year I can be way way bigger. I think I am too young to drink the hard stuff but I do get fish-emulsion shirly temples now and then. Yummy! I also like it when I get my you-know-what powdered with that sevin stuff. MAkes me feel special. I hope you guys will stop splitting. I know it gives Amy a headache and I know she spoils you guys. I am going to the beauty shop soon for my first make-over. Have a good weigh in.
