On one off my plants the leaves are starting to turn yellow. I have had this problem before but I can't remember what to do about it. Help would be liked. Thanks in advance, Kevin

One, of the first things is to make sure you are not overwatering. Don't be afraid, to let the soil dry out somewhat between watering. Oxygen deprivation will cause yellowing.

I doubt that a reaction would be seen within a twenty four hour period unless you were flooded and the patch were under water.
Foliar feeding with fish, kelp and molasses can cause a color improvement within a few days. The molasses if left run off the leaves to the roots will fire up your natural bacteria which will in turn make available your needs for the plant. The kelp is a growth stimulant. The fish is about six percent organic nitrogen.
There are faster ways to do this but I prefer it to be nice and gentle so as not to create a fast reaction.

The patches were only partially underwater for about 2 hours until the water drained.

Check for Vine borers at the stump of the plant.
