I've enjoyed reading the questions and responses, so far. I'd like to see some more, if you have them. There's a recent one regarding terminating main and secondary vines, that I found insightful. I had that same question, but already used up my question. Go to PGVG website, to ask, or read those already posted.

I've got one! Jack, why didn't you come to the Ohio Valley tour this year? We missed you! (Must have a WR in the patch!)

Hi, Jack: I,m growing a good sized white pumpkin on a vine which came from Hollands 1124 pukos/915 seed which was planted in the 3rd week of May. The rest of my pumpkins have been orange for several weeks but I covered this guy with a white beach umbrella when it started to take on a light, yellow shading on top. I was afraid it was starting to get too much sun. I pollinated it with another blossom from the same vine plus one from Hollands 500. It also has a smooth surface, not ridges. Everything else appears normal. Your comments, please.
