I know this question is asked plenty of times but i thought i would ask again. What are your largest pumpkins currenly and what plant are they growing on. I have had the year from hell. I started out by accidently killing a 1068 wallace 2 1432 carlson/petersons and a 503 Beachimen. So this year i started late and had a improvised line up. My best pumpkin currently is on the 852 Beachimen (582 hester x898 Knauss) It is currently taping 124 pounds and averaging 10 pounds a day. My best plant is the 587.5 Heyne (1458 whittier x1180 Daletas) It has the best leaves and produced the most females of my plants. But with all the heat most of those females got fried. I would recomend the 852 and 587.5 to any one who wanted to grow big pumpkins. Now top that! LoL!!

No Place Special

I have one almost 900lbs and one almost 1100 lbs both on 1083 Frantz plants. I also have a 200 lber on an 1101 northrup.

I have one a little over 400 and growing 16 pounds per day on a 721 Pearce. My son has one a little over 300 and growing 22 pounds per day on a 555 Hatfield

My biggest is at (106-70-67-243 Total) 318lbs est. Day 27. It is on the 1230 Daletas. It is growing 25-30 pounds per day.

I just may end up planting the 1083 next year Mike. Thanks for the 845 Nesbitt. I didn't get a chane to plant the 845 this year but chances are it will also go in next year too.

MN Pumpkin Grower,
Are your planning on hitting any of the local weighoffs this year? I'll post my day 30 est., on my largest pumpkin tomorrow, and hopefully a pic of it as well.

Biggest for me is the 1367.5 Rose Day 39: 139, 90, 88 OTT 317 for 673 pounds. Thought I was loosing it to splits, but turns out it was just newbie nerves...hopefully :)
