Site search turned up info only on how long seeds will last. I am curious as to how old the fruit needs to be to produce viable seeds. All info appreciated. Peace Wayne

I thought it was more toward 40, but 50's probably a safer age for mature seeds...

I've had seed viable out of fruit a month old, I think others have too.

just think to yourself: beachball beachball beachball. generally, viable, full seeds are found in there. okay, average all the above numbers for like 40 days, plus beachball-sized. that should work. eric

Thanks, I am now drying seeds from 'kin in question. Only about 40 seeds. Very large but most don't seem full. Will wait a while and test germinate a couple. Seeds came from 981 Zunino X 1075 Daletas. Peace Wayne
