This morning I found some critter had gone on a rampage in my patch. Broke off quite a few vines and had scratched and what looks like bitten my pumpkin. ARGH!! Not sure if it's gonna survive. Most probably it was a stupid possum. Dont think cats could of done this.

hit the pumpkin flesh with some captan or similar fungicide powder. it will help rot from setting in cuts....

Patch Elephants are a big problem...but they learn pretty fast and remember good...AG´s don´t taste. I also had some animal damage to a pumpkin this morning. However it doesn´t look like an elephant attack. I really need to get rid of these crows.

Yep....Patch Elephants for sure. You'll need sticky traps...really big ones.
