I do not know. Sorry I cannot help you there but the circumference on my larger pumpkin at 20 days is 75". I hope that is somewhere near average.

The previous version of the Ailts-Landry Benchmarks had a listing of the 3 smallest and 3 largest 10, 20, 30, and 40, day circumferences to reach at least 1000 pounds. When I got the latest version from Joe, I wrote over the older version. The newer version doesn't have it.

Craig,
Good info posted here a few years back. Not exactly what you are looking for, but nevertheless, good info on fruits near and over the 1000.

The old record was D20, 87.5" Based on only the data we collected. I have already this season received word that the record was recently smashed......It now stands at a whopping 92".
The warmth of this summer, up from the south appears to be boosting the usually cool season growers. Corn ie well ahead of schedule all over the Great Lakes States and Ontario.
Look for 1500 & over 1000 green in the fall

I sure hope that all of those great 20 day measurements continue to grow. It would really be great to see 1500 pounds go down this year. Don't forget that slow and steady wins the race, so don't push them to hard.

Here you go- Keep in mind these were the largest of the fruit in the 1000+ category that made it to a scale (the exeption being 1432 Carlson, and that fruit has 3 data points in the numbers below)
Day 10: 31.5, 32.5, 33.5 Day 20: 85, 85, 87.5 Day 30: 128.5, 130, 131 Day 40: 151, 155, 160

Day 10: 19, 23.5, 25 Day 20: 50, 53, 58 Day 30: 90, 96 ,98 Day 40: 120, 121, 125

Thanks for posting these numbers Joze.
I wonder if the fruits that taped 85, 85, and 87.5 at 20 days ended up at 1200 and up? And if the fruits that taped 50, 53, and 58 just barely made it to 1000?
I can only hope, because I'm at 56. Sigh.

Glad to hear so many are posting good 20 day numbers. Don't forget, however, that the aforementioned heat which is helping drive those numbers usually not seen in the north, can also be responsible for ripening out your fruit earlier than usual. Just ask the guys from the south. I hope I don't sound like a pessimist here, just a realist. Here's hoping all reach 1000#, but also that everyone takes a little extra precaution not to push your fruit into splitsville while it is growing so fast... Also, thanks, Joe, for those numbers. Very helpful benchmarks...
