At what day of pumpkin growth do you "deadhead" or cut off the tips of the vines?
Do you do that with all the vines, or just the side vines?

You do it to all the vines at some point. You should deadhead them when you run out of room or when the side vines get about 10 to 15 ft. long. Good Luck, Kevin

My planting space is 37' wide so I will leave about a foot on each side and dead head secondaries at about 17.5'.
