Anyone have a good source for buying pumpkin flour? My daughter wants to make some pumpkin muffins for the county fair, and she knows better than head into my patch with a knife! Seriously, she is diabetic, and pumpkin flour has been recommened as a good wheat flour substitute - besides that, the muffins are GREAT! I can't remember where we got the flour last time. Thanks to all for reading this . . .

Dried Catty Nine Tail roots make a good flour substitute. It contains a natural binder so there is no egg needed.
