hello everyone!IM JUST SITTING HERE TONIGHT TAKING ANOTHER PERCOCET TO KILL THE PAIN IN MY RIBS AS I RIGHT THIS,you see for the second time in a year and a half ive gotten ran over by a drunk driver,let me clarify i had a teen age girl swerve her car in front of my blazer yesterday no warning i was hit by her then my ride thrown into a elctric pole,needless to say my ride is totaled my wife who was with me got her neck and chest hurt from seat belts heck she cant hardly walk and as for me i got four broken ribs a brused spleen and right arm in a sling,guess what the drunk got hummmn a ticket for failure to yield the right of way!yes just after the wreck she and her sister switched seats to the amasement of several witnesses and low and behold her sister wasnt drunk! anyway my point to this rant is guys and girls please always be aware that each day we have here on earth could be are last so please lets all be careful grow are monster punkins this year and please if you have kids or friends that you see drinking take there keys so maybe noone has to get hurt for someones stupid decisions to drink and drive sorry if i upset anyone or took up to much space i just had to get this off my chest!take care all and god bless ya burrhead

Everytime I meet a drunk person going to drive home with the car, I try to grab his key. In most cases talking is senseless. They leave and use the car anyway.

I WOULD HAVE A LOCAL PUBLIC/PRIVATE p.d. CHECK INTO THE ALCOHOL/NUMS "SUPPLIER".

Take the parents to court.
Parental responcibility!
Ask the court to assess damages between both sisters,
cause we know they be lying hootchies!

Inform the public,
,through public newpaper,and criminal complaint,,,,,
any information,drug/alcohol,
surrounding the alcohol supplier.

(I put alot of nosey cameras in secret places years ago)
"the rule is,,dont be suprised that bo peep is the scumbag"

If she was try to play "satans dare" or "chicken",,
her head aint right.The judge can rule a "head check"
If she was passing out or convulsing,,,she needs help.

Incendently.....with several witnesses willing, to testify, I would seek legal help or advisement, from the State Police, at the least.

Good to see you both pulled through, it could have been worse. Good luck in your recovery. I certainly hope the police will proceed with DUI charges on the driver, with a few witnesses seeing them switch seats, it would be some lazy police work if they didn't pursue that...

not so much creepy, as much as you probably need to run adaware on your computer.

on topic - here's my story:

my truck (some of you know it - F250 jacked up) was hit by a drunk last summer. head on. it was parked. we weren't in it, but if we had left to head to the truck 5 minutes earlier, we would have been in it. the drunk was going so fast, he knocked my truck back 8 feet. scratched my front bumper a little, and totalled his car. he stumbled out and fled the scene. i got a nice shiny bumper out of his insurance company. not sure what happened to him. i think he got off because they didn't catch him that night. wouldn't have been his first dwi i heard through the grapevine.

Yes, get checked out thoroughly!

After my 3 accidents (none of which were my fault), I found after a few years that I have neck damage that does not allow me to do heavy weight lifting like I used to.

Just make sure and get FULLY checked out.

i once had a friend who said to me driving drunk is no biggie he can handle his achohal and i said to him evertime you get behind that wheel drunk or under the influence you are commiting attempted murder. MY friend who made it his no big deal died when i was 22 driving drunk i was sad but relived because he took no one with him. Im sorry to here about your accident and wish you the best both in life and in the giant pumpkin world

Get the nastiest lawyer you can find and sue the bejesus out of both girls and their parents if the car was registered to them. Make sure you get statements from all witnesses.

Hope you recover soon and don't have any lasting health problems from this. Get checked out real well by the doctor.

hello everyone just wanted to say thanks for the good wishes and say god bless ya all, both my wife and i are on the mend its going to be awhile but we shall be ok, i finally got my rental car today adjuster is coming monday to evaluate my blazer i told him it was totaled he said im sure it is so we will see what he gives us for it as for the rest i talked to a friend of mine who is a lawyer and he said he would be glad to grab the drunks by the dingle berries or snat-- considering they were girls he hates drunks his wife was seriously injured by one so i told him get all he can and he told me this ones on him so we will see!anyway i taught my girls how to bury vines today yes everybody burrhead does still grow punkins lol im just relying on kid power for now! ill get pics asap!anyway once again thanks everybody for good wishes and god bless ya! keith
