we got 5.7 inches of rain when tropical storm cindy came thru. i live 50 miles west of atlanta, ga. we are 290 miles from the gulf of mexico. i hope dennis by passes us.

Please PLEASE Dennis - track right OVER us in west/middle TN!!!! We've gotten NOTHING lately! The dust devils have moved in from TX!

We're only 8" in rain deficit since May 1st.... Bring it on Dennis!!!

PS - praying for you guys on the gulf coast! I have 2 loads of horses coming in for a 3-day hurricane evacuation...

120 miles....Calling for tropical storm force winds starting tommorrow night,,hurricane force Sunday....Looks like another Kate from 85....not a whole lot stopping it this time...We shall see......
