does the amount of lobes in a female flower effect the size the fruit will grow to or does it just effect the amount of seeds the fruit will have?

its is my experience that four ,five and six segment fruit have no difference when it comes to potential for size

also, the amt of segments only means you will have that same amount of seed cavities inside the fruit,but not necessarily more total seeds
