On all of my plants my vines are mostly green with a little yellow mixed in. I have heard that some growers like yellow vines. I have a pumpkin that is very yellow and it has been 4 days since pollination and the pumpkin is about 5 lbs. I was just wondering what color vines other growers like and what is the difference.
Thanks, Kevin

I believe the tendancy is for all green vines to lean toward green fruit while all yellow ones bearing bright red/oprange. But this is very much subject to the genetics on hand. Our 845 Bobier runs from green to yellow to entire segments that are mixed with definition between the nodes.
