Just curious as to what everyone's plants are getting for sunlight times. Here, my sunniest two plants get hit from appx. 730 am until 730 pm, but i'll report back with a more accurate time later. I thought this would be the best time to post this, since we're at the longest daylight hours right now.

well sunrise is at 5:56 am and sunset is 9:04 pm according to the official charts...
but because of the moutains to the east of me the sun doesn't hit my patch till about 7:30-7:45 am. In the afternoon the neighbors trees start shading the west end of the patch at about 4 pm. The shadow slowly moves across the entire patch til just before 9 pm.
here are a couple of sites that can help you find the official sunrise and sunsets. http://aa.usno.navy.mil/data/docs/RS_OneYear.html

5:07 am to 8:16 pm I would consider it full sun, with possibly 15 minutes blocked in morning and evening from distant structures, trees or bycorn in the farm field

Well the sun was shinning on my patch when I got up today @ 6:30 AM and it blazed until it set in the west yesterday at around 8:15 or so... And boy was it full sun, 89 degrees yesterday and 93 degrees today plants did great no wilting or fried leaves, Saturday it didn't crack 70 degrees.

Useable light at the equinox = 5:40am to 9:50pm..."useable" meaning enough light that I can see well enough to weed with a scuffle hoe near my plants. But good direct sunlight on the patch is more like 7:30a-8:45pm....

But my backyard patch doesn't get direct morning light until 10:40am due to neighboring trees....
