This has been a very busy week for me because I just had exams yesterday, and overdue assignments I had to get done all week. I didn't have time for my plants, but I did check them. On my busiest week the Cuke beetles decide to show up, and there was just so many. I have been gone for two days and came back, and my plants look horrible. My dad sprayed Sevin on them and there is no presence of the Cuke beetles anymore, but my plants have obvious damage to them. There are big gaping holes. A lot of leaves have had there main veins broken and are hanging limp but alive. There is very minor chemical burn, a bit of weird coloration on the leaves hopefully not disease, and some leaves broke right off that were even healthy, from heavy winds. Yep so my plants are suffering. My question is should I give the plants 20-20-20, to boost them. The weather is cool, wet, and the ground has gotten enough water from the past storms.

after any kind of major stress, I would think it's better to not fertilize for a short period of time. Vitamin-B-1 formula is good for stressed out plants to help them recover. I would wait a little before hitting it with any 20-20-20. Jimmy

Kyle, it might be a good idea to start spraying for bugs on a weekly basis now. Stay on top of them!
I would just keep fertilizing as normal. I've noticed that when these plants experience any stress they really start to produce lots of new growth. Should be fine!

Good Luck
