A gas station has been bagging up all their coffee grounds for me for use on the patch. They now have a "tea maker" and they asked if I want the grounds from that as well. Would these be ok to put on the patch?

One of the major food sources for raising worms is a good coffee shop's grounds....both coffee, filters and tea. Direct apply them to the patch. Half an inch or so is fine. Any is better than none. The compost pile is a great place to go with any excess.
