I put strong solution of fish emulsion &hydrolized fish also seaweed & humic acid & molassas on peppers (on ground ) and noticed there was a fungus on ground where i put mixture,is this bad or ok ? & makes me wonder if spraying on pumpkin plants, would it contribute to getting powderey mildew ??

Good fungus. Powdery Mildew is an air bourne fungus
