I have had a couple of aborts on pumpkins almost basketball size. I have been deadheading and burying vines, regular spray with Daconil and have been fertilizing with a 0-5-5. It has been about 6 weeks since I used anything with much nitrogen so I don't think nitrogen is the problem. I have a couple of big fruits so I don't want to do anything to mess things ups. The plant looks healthy. Is this just mother nature or ? Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

Well, I have had no further aborts. I haven't changed a thing - still fertilizing etc. I guess the vine just self-culled itself.
