I have a secondary vine(3rd on out fron the stump) that just quit growing,its about 2 feet out off the main. All my other secondaries have past this one up big time. This secondary that quit growing is putting out really small leaves now with a very very small vine tip now. Any one eles have this happen or know why it happens?
