Wow! I didn't know there was a record for rhubarb. My Mom's is huge. But, what is the unit used? 5.875 whats? Is it length or weight? And, what gets weighed? One stalk? A leaf?

I'm really curious because I was about to hack down a pretty big rhubarb. But, if it's a record breaker, maybe I should hold off.
