Subject: Tertiary vines from stump

Every year I have multiple (10-40) tertiary vines that try to grow out of the stump. This year they seem to be starting early. I try to pinch these off but it is a losing battle. How does every one else deal with these things? |

You just keep cutting them off....just like tertiary vines! |

Brian,I use a torch and welders mask when i take mine off,just watch yours eyes. |

Mine never grow very far, just a few inches, so I don't even bother with them. |
