Awesome job bud! Right at 100 lbs on day 20...WOW!!!! The numbers your are getting are on pace for a 1000 lber WAY DOWN SOUTH. I see the biggest pumpkin ever grown in the south is in the making right now in your patch. She looks like she is going to have a nice color also. I cant wait to see what she looks like at day 30!

Mike,
He better start cutting those roots on the main vine or that pumpkin will be falling backwards very shortly. He needs to get that main vine lifted....fast!

I'd also be cutting away the vegetation around the plant. A slight scratch from a leaf or leaf stalk now can be a big scar later. It's also time for a nice, roomy shade structure. You got a good one going there, stay on top of it and good luck.

Thanks for the vote of confidence there Mike! The 1125 is an AWESOME plant that I am VERY lucky to be growing. I am praying that everything will hold together and go smoothly.
I have trimmed away some of the vegetation, and freed up the main vine by cutting the roots 3 feet on each side, and under some local secondaries. I look forward to posting day 30 measurements and photos.

Everything looks great now that I tended to some vine positioning issues.
