Can All Seasons Horticultural Dormant Spray oil be used as a spreader/sticker on AG If used in small concentration?

I don't like the word "Dormant" in the name. It implies a lack of purity that could spell trouble in warm weather. Words like "Summer" or "Superior" instill confidence in purity.
Either way, during cool weather a 1% emulsion is a good spreader...but it's not a sticker. Oil works well to enhance fungicide activity on dry days.

Hey Steve, how about a quick primer on the use of spreaders & stickers? How much, what to use them with, and any potiential problems with them. Thanks.
