Subject:  composting potatoe "compost"

I want to cook this stuff real good,,before I mix it in.
The compost is from the pre-cooked potatoe.
But it isnt hot composted,,it is just old,,real black,,
been on a farm,,
not much fungus,,,but ya never know.
Is there a admix that i can put into this new pile and get it cooking,,fast,,slow,,...
How about yeast,,,potatoe beer!

OK if its precooked doesn't that mean is already been cooked? If your that worried about it spread it thin and solarize it using clear plastic.
