we are new at this. We are doing it as a homeschool project and I have a question. We have an area about 20' x 20' and I need to know if we should plant just 1 plant in the middle of that area, or how many do I plant there? And do I plant more than 1 plant in the area just to insure that at least one thrives and remove others later? And do I remove the peat pot or do I plant the entire pot? Please help us. Thanks.

Witch seed? Is it an AG plant ? And do you want to grow more pumpkins or just one giant one?

Plant a couple if you have them, and cull to one plant. I recommend removing the peat pot, or at least slicing the sides carefully with a razor knife so the roots don't get balled up...good luck!

Start the plant at the corner of the planting area and grow it towards the centre (or "center" for you Americans). Start two at either end growing towards each other and keep the best and strongest looking plant.
