I looked at my 394.5 vincent plant today (its just breaking through the ground) and it appears that the vine has split completely in half. I now have 2 stems each with a single cotyledon. The plant seems to be still growing. Has this ever happened to anyone?

Most of the Stems I have seen "looks" like the stem is split in half by the two cots. I think its normal and nothing to worry about. How far is it split?

Yes ... it just happened to me. I'm waiting to see what happens ... each half has roots... but i'm not seeing any point on either where new grow could emerge.

I had to separate them some... the roots from one were growing over the top of the other one.
I'll keep you posted.
