Just wondering how many will be growing my 1125 this year. Would love to keep tabs on how they are doing throughout the season. It looks like there are several planted already and more in the works. Please comment here or email me. THANKS!

I just filed a pair of the 1125's myself. Will be growing your 1083 as my main plant this year, though. Might try to pollinate it with your 1125, though.

I am growing one if it germinates. I soaked it yesterday and put it in a ziplock wrapped with paper towell. Time will tell. My plan is to cross it with the 1101 Northrup.

Thanks everyone. So far it looks like there will be at least 10 - 15 of these growing this year. MCPUMPKIN I had around 200 seeds and only have about 10 left. Being the largest offspring off the 869.5 Calai and crossed with the 1225 Jutras I think it has great potential for size and color. I also plan to cross it with the 1101 Northrup. Anyone else planting the 1125 please let me know.

Sounds as though the germination rate of the 1125's are not the best. Just wanted to mention that so that anyone who plans to plant it may want to consider a back up seed at the same time. I would hate for one of my seeds to not germinate and set someone back a week or so. Best of luck to everyone! MF

Mike, as you know I have a 1125 up. I will be transplanting to the patch this evening. I would have transplanted 4 days ago, but the weather hasn't cooperated. 1125 has done really well to this point.

As of today I am 3/3 on germinating 1125's. Not sure why some are having problems with them. The one that is humping the soil this morning is for Marty (seedy one) and it was filed and soaked on Sunday. 3 days for germination. I file the edges, soak in luke warm water for 2 hrs and place them point down in 4" peat pot and place into heated aquarium which is between 80 -85*.
