Subject: First timer with lots of questions.

I am a little confused with all of the different cross pollination discussions. I really only have room for 1 plant, so I can't cross pollinate. If I have good seed, can't I force pollinate the 1 plant I have with itself? Any advise will help.

Yes you can, it is called a "Self" pollination.

Camaroguy, take a look at some of the growers diaries and through the message board for more information on pollination. Also look at picking up Don Langevin's books 1 and 2 and possibly 3. You will be shopping for a pickup before you know it. These people are a wealth of information.

be sure to check out southern's diary-- i forget what year it was...pollination 101, for neat ideas on how to pollinate in general. very neat stuff...maybe you can type-in pollination 101 in the search box at the top left of the home page....eric
