Just to remind all that The Johnny Carson Show had an early interest in giant pumpkins. In 1985 Scott Cully was invited to be on the show after winning the World Pumpkin Confederation weigh-off with a 515.5 lber. I remember the tape and Carson was a cut-up, as always. Scott did us all justice too, with some darn good comebacks. Scott gave him some seeds. I wonder if he ever planted them? Time goes on!

When I was a kid, I knew I was up to late when Johhny came on. Wonder why you never heard anything about him after he retired? I dont even remember any interviews with him after his retirement, he must have went into hiding.
