P&P seed co.has several seeds available as offspring. Are they open pollinated, are they that seed but selfed or are they something else I am not thinking of?Thanks for your help. Phil Also ,what does UOW stand for.I have gathered that it is either a pumpkin that was measured, not weighed,or that it was disqualified at weighoff.

which i've always thought should be shortened to UW, if unofficial is all one word.... and i feel that it is a fruit that was WEIGHED, even using bathroom scales, but not at an OFFICIAL site or facility.
example: 156 Gerry '03 UW weighed in pieces adding-up to 156 lbs., (fell off of trailer, boo-hooo!) on bathroom scale.
weighed, but NOT officially.
an EST (estimated weight) pumpkin would have been measured and compared to the over-the-top method chart, but not weighed. it is ONLY an estimate.
