If you have access to several hundred square ft of space. 6 or seven 1000 watt. metal halide or high pressure sodium grow lights. Lot's and lot's of rockwool growing medium. Plenty of ventilation. Maybe a few tanks of CO2. Several reservoirs for your fertilizer (pumps for each one) Timers, Thermometer, hygrometer, line all walls floor and ceilings with mylar, a couple of good fans. A little knowledge of hydroponics. I think you could grow a nice size pumpkin indoors over the off season.
