I heard they both had splits. This is from a good source, but the grapevine sometimes goes bad. I'm not trying to spread rumors.

Both the Whittier pumpkins developed cracks only days before harvest,what a shame...

How long has bruce been growin? my research has found no records of past fruit from him.

Yes indeed, both of Bruce Whittiers pumpkins were on the same plant,front and back vine.Bruce has been growing for several years, never had this much success though... Take another look at JimB photo gallery, I've added another Kuhn712-offspring photo-Al Berard of Maine

hey jim...the 1061 whittier was sibb pollinated according to bruce, what other 712 plant did he use as the sib pollinator?? i thought he had two 712 plants going?
